Good evening. I have a Sharp Aquos TV with no remote, and a remote (from a different Sharp Aquos TV) but not the TV. The TV sets were of different models.
Is there any way to reprogram the remote to make it work with s different TV model it was meant to work with?
I'd like to avoid buying a universal remote.

What are the model numbers of both the TVs?
If they're from the same model series, the remotes might be interchangeable, if not then they can't be re-programmed.
It may be cheaper to search online for Sharp Aquos (insert model number of TV that requires remote) remote control unit, and check what the results show up that may suit you.
