Is iPhone 13 pro NAND compatible with lower modele?

I get one 512GB board from iphone 13 pro, my question is when is the nand IC compatible with lower models actually 11 and 12 serie. Becouse from my experience after replace iphone 11 pro with nand from iphone X was not work, i dont remember when was not possible activate or error during flashing but was not Done. Thanks
