When i boot it up it will take a while to load and it take 2 min to load up the taskbar and it’s so slow at everything so can someone please help me???
I have tried to factory reset it and and get a lot of anti virus

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
How much ram is installed?
What OS (Win7, Win8.1, Win10) is installed?
Does the laptop have an SSD or a HDD installed for storage?
Your laptop is showing its age. Last version of a CQ58 laptop was released in 2013.
You can only improve performance so far by increasing the amount of ram (model number needs to be known though) and also if there's a HDD installed by upgrading to an SSD.
Other than that you may be limited as to what more you can do.
Depending on the exact model you may be able to upgrade the CPU but maybe not and then if it is a removable CPU and not hard mounted, the upgrade choices may be limited by the motherboard's chipset model and BIOS version as they may not be compatible.

It has 2gig of ram win 10 has a hdd
For best performance in Win 10 you need at least 8GB of ram or more, but the full model number needs to be known to find out if it can be upgraded successfully or not
