Can I buy a replacement for this or have to buy a new vacuum?
The back piece that holds the hose in place inside the vacuum has come off and I can't find it anywhere. Can I order a new piece or have to buy a whole new vacuum? It won't stay down without that piece. You can push the vacuum forward but can't pull it back because the hose will come out.

@heidijeanette any chance you could post a couple of images of where this piece is supposed to sit? It may make it easier to find a replacement for your vacuum
