Nintendo 64 Gradually Loses Sync

Hello. As the title states, my Nintendo 64 gradually loses sync or starts with no sync at all. The strange thing about this problem is that it affects every video connection method on the N64. I've tested composite and S-Video to no avail. I then modded my Nintendo 64 to accept RGB (mine is the NS1 revision) and the same symptoms occur on RGBs(sync on luma) and RGBs(sync on Csync). I did have a 3rd party power supply, so I checked if getting a first party power supply would work since the 3rd part power supply had irregular voltages, still to no avail. I've concluded that it might be the video DAC chip on the Nintendo 64 or a capacitor, but I'm not confident in that conclusion. It could also be that the chip is not getting enough power, but I haven't diagnosed it that far. Any suggestions?
