Power button on the tv/ plastic piece fell off. No remote.

Model UN50TU7000FXZA

I was using the power button to toggle between streaming services but the plastic piece fell off. The remote sensor doesn’t work, either, so trying to reset a remote is near impossible. I’m currently using my dish remote to change the channels but it doesn’t work for the volume or on/off. I have tried using the tip of an eraser, knitting needle etc. to try to use the power button with no luck. Lots of issues…please help!

Here's a link to a replacement power button board.

It also has the IR receiver so your TV remote may also start working again.

If you decide to replace it, disconnect the power to the TV before removing the back cover and replacing the board etc.
