After startup EcoTank Printer screen shows error code 10010

Actually have ET 7750; all tanks are full; during nozzle check, made grinding sound; showed error code 100101 . Epson tech insisted on checking for paper jam. Was not. Tech advised I buy new printer! Was working before I did nozzle check! Help
