No display output and laser does not read the disk. (model SCPH-79004)

I have a PS2 (model SCPH-79004) that does not show anything, only black screen and disk isn't reading. I disassembled it to see if some element is blown or damaged but everything is looking fine. Video cable works, checked on other working playstation.
