Why is my steering shaking when the speedometer it goes above 90 and doesn’t stop till it’s below 90

Get the wheels balanced and also have a wheel alignment done just to make sure that everything is OK

There are couple of things that can cause steering shake when reaching hight speed. I advice that whenever you try to diagnose a problem in a car, you start by small/ simple things to avoid serious mistaks.

  1. Tyres: inspect your tyre and make sure the tyre pressure is fine. Ispect for wear, separetion and even make sure the wheel nuts are tight
  2. Ball joings and tie rods: shaking can aslo caused by worn out ball-joints and tie rods. Get a technician to check it for you.
  3. Steering rack: when the steering rack is worn out it can aslo cause this shaking
