My Philips 1.3 screw is badly stripped. How can I remove it?

I damaged badly a Philips 000 screw on the iPhone 7, I need help removing it without any grinding pen etc. Is it possible? I've also tried using super glue but i think I've made it worse because now the bracket under the screw is glued as well (I think so).

This is actually upside down, it's the small bracket that protects one of the screen's cable's under the rear camera.

Will the plate not rotate out the way to disconnect the cable?

@strongbow ** Small update **. You gave me a super idea, i did what you said and It worked perfectly fine (It was very tricky to be honest). However I can't leave this screw like this so I will add some glue in between the bracket and the screw and I am going to bend the bracket in order to unscrew the bracket and the screw together. (Because It is very badly damaged). Afterwards I will of course replace both of them and learn from my newbie mistakes. Thank you very much.
