Spinning top fell off from 1/4" driver. How to repair?

Hi,

The spinning top of my 1/4" driver fell off. The screw is still inside the handle under the bearing. I haven't found a guide on how to repair this.

I have the same issue but mine is Built slightly different. It looks like it just needs screwed together with a drop of thread locker but the bearing prevents me from tightening it.
