If you're experiencing a power issue with your Xbox 360 E console, where the 5V power is reaching the console but not being distributed properly on the motherboard, here are a few suggestions:

1. Check the power supply: Ensure that the power supply unit (PSU) is functioning correctly. Try using a different power supply or borrow one from another Xbox 360 E console to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved with a different power supply, then the original power supply may be faulty and should be replaced.

2. Inspect the motherboard: Examine the motherboard for any visible signs of damage, such as burnt or corroded components or loose connections. Pay particular attention to areas near the power input on the motherboard. If any issues are identified, it may require professional repair or replacement of the motherboard.

3. Reset the console's power settings: Sometimes, resetting the power settings can help resolve power-related issues. To do this, follow these steps:

- Turn off the console.

- Disconnect the power supply from the console and unplug it from the wall outlet.

- Wait for about 10 seconds.

- Reconnect the power supply to the console and plug it back into the wall outlet.

- Turn on the console and check if the power issue is resolved.

4. Seek professional repair: If the problem persists after trying the above steps, it's recommended to reach out to a professional repair service or contact Xbox support for further assistance. They have the necessary expertise and tools to diagnose and repair hardware-related issues with your Xbox 360 E console.

Remember, working with electronic devices can be risky, and if you're not confident in your ability to perform repairs, it's best to seek professional assistance to avoid further damage.
