Downloaded W10 and it freezes at start up page where you sign in?
Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

So just to clarify, you've downloaded and installed Windows 10 on a computer, and it froze at the part where it asked you to sign in into your Microsoft account?

yeah, but when I was going to put the start-up password in.
By start-up you mean user password?
Could you list your PC specs?
@dotmiracle Yeah, its a I7 with 8gb of ram, I put a new drive in ssd mx500 and new thermal stuff.
