How to remove fan error messege on the screen

it cant open further after showing this fan error messege

Can you post a photo of the error? Are you able to boot in a OS after the error is shown?

It can also show up when the baterry is empty. Either charge the battery up, or disconnect it and only use the ac adampter. Maybe that works (it did for me)
