New battery - no battery status - not readable coconut meter

I tried resetting the rams and stuff. Macbook Pro 15" mid 2015

Coconut meter says it's not readable. I am still charging the battery (i hope) post installation so i haven't tried unplugging yet. Normally it would be fully charged by now so maybe the battery simply isn't charging.

But did I go through this big operation with a faulty battery...? What's your assessments, fellas?

Got it directly from Ifixit...

Sadly, you got a bad battery. The micro-controller within the battery is messed up. Contact the store for a warranty exchange.

Due to the pandemic parts quality has suffered!
