Hi! Based on the info you gave, your battery is either unplugged or broken and needs to replaced. Have you opened it up to fix anything recently?
I would just check your connection and make sure it is unplugged in before buying a new part.

You can bring your laptop and batteries to after-sale service to test if the battery is broken. If they are broken, you need to replace the batteries.
