hello, my laptop says my password is incorrect but i did not change it. yesterday i noticed that the microsoft word under my profile was local, i tried to sign in with microsoft instead but could not

I had to resolve to a system restore through BIOS to access the laptop..

The problem is that there are more than one Microsoft profiles using the same email address..
