My new iFixit batt within 2-3 months only lasts 15-20 minutes

I bought a battery replacement kit for my mid-2015 15" MacBook Pro. It worked great for a few months, but after 2-3 months now it only last 30-40 minutes then dies.

Does this mean I possibly installed it incorrectly? Now at 600 cycles it only last 10-15 minutes.

Is this expected? I was reading it should last to 1000 cycles.

Let’s get a better view of things install this gem of an App CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see.

And yes you should be able to get around 1000 cycles within four years of use.
