even the LED that indicates if the phone is charging or low battery is not working at all.

@pub2pubg what is not turning on? al least consider giving a device name and model? What have you checked and what have you tried?

Try fitting a new charge port. Try another cable and charger first.

You should have 5 volts on capacitor near usb port or on board connector .
