Right Ear bud not working

The charging box always shows red charging indicator. The left bud is fully charged, but the right bud has been off for 2 days, and it doesn't power on and probably not recharging. I've been using this product for 1 year and 4 months now. Is this problem fixable?

I believe your issue is a dead battery. I eould recommend replacing the battery in the right earbud first. A replacement battery is available here. I would recommend following this guide.

I replaced the battery but I damaged the ribbon of right ear, is there a way to replace the ribbon or buy the right bud and reinitialize it?

so, it found out it still connects but the touch sensor does not work anymore, how can I replace the ribbon? do you have any guide?
