Printer not picking up paper
My brother HL-L2390DW does not pickup paper properly and displays jam tray 1 despite no paper jam has occurred, the so called “paper jam” is shown in the photo

According to Brother's YouTube channel, this is how your issue could be fixed:
Carefully and slowly pull out the jammed paper.
Fan the stack of paper, and slide the paper guides
Make sure the paper is below the maximum paper mark (▼▼▼)

Thanks for the advice but I have tried everything brother suggested but none of them worked, thanks nonetheless
