Fujifilm shutter is always closed
so i have a fuji x-a5 and i encountered an error it was fine but suddenly i got this problem the shutter is always closed doesn't open or move and when i turn it on the screen still gray and a light flashes red above the video button i tried turning it off and on changed the battery and the sd card and nothing occurred please help me

@rayengaied could be a bad shutter button. Have you reset all of your camera's settings to factory default? See if that changes things. If the indicator lamp flashes Red that indicates a Lens or Memory error. ave you tried a different Lens? Have you tried to "shoot without Lens" to see if that enables the shutter release.

How to reset it without opening the menu nothing is displayed I tried shooting without lens and with a different lens note( i am using a fuji to eos ef adapter)i pressed the shoot button but nothing happens and there is no sound i tried move the shutter a little bit but it gets back to the closed position please help me i don't know what to do
