How can I unlock this phone
When I put a non verizon sim card it show me this and this phone is passed 60 lock period

Since the motherboard was advertised as being unlocked and it wasn't, I would file a diapute and ask for your money back (you may have to send the item back to the seller). Here's how do to that. You should buy another unlocked motherboard from a different seller.
