Help me identify a transistor please.

Can anybody tell me what kind of transistor this is? If so, any suggestions/links for an exact replacement? This is a component that is next to the display connector on a 2010 Imac 27 logic board.

Thanks!

B.

@xpzion that is a FDC638P_G MOSFET. Datasheet right hereFDC638P 103274 Neither Mouser.com nor Digikey.com seem to have them in stock right now. You can do an online search and see if anybody does, or find an equivalent based on the datasheet provided. This one should work. Always double check availability.

Thank you so much! That's exactly the information I was looking for. One last question if I may ask. The ceramic capacitor (C9000) that is just below that mosfet in the image, Is there any way to know the proper replacement for that? It looks like that might have been damaged along with the mosfet on this logic board. Thanks again for all your help!

@xpzion that is a 0.1µF 50V 10% X7R capacitor in a 0603 package
