My phone is locked.

I used my thumbprint for my password, but after 72 hours it locked me out and I need to use my 4-digit password. I cannot remember my password and have been locked out for too many tries, for the past three days.?

If you have find my phone active

Then go to

https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/logi...

And log in and you will find an unlock button

Also you need a wifi connection or data celler active and location too
