My phone wont stop restarting.

So everytime I charge my phone it will show a gray ring with the charging icon but no % or anything, after trying to do the "volume up + power button" I got it to start but it keeps restarting. It just vibrates and shows the "samsung" screen then the "samsung s10" screen and it repeats over and over.

@marianolicor all of the things you describe sound like a bad battery. The very first thing you want to do is to replace the battery. Samsung Galaxy S10 Battery Replacement
