Why does it shut down over and over?

My mini SoundLink shuts down, sometimes I can play for an hour before it dies, sometimes just minutes.
All the symbols light up for a second or so then it turns off, I start it again and then it can be on for anything from 5 seconds to an hour before it does the same thing again, anyone experienced the same error?
