Battery not holding a charge at all

Hey guys, my MacBook Pro 13 (Mid 2020, Four thunderbolt) is not holding a charge. It stays on 1% and when I unplug the charger it dies. All ports work and everything works normally as long as I am on charger. I am using the original adapter and cable from the box.

I also have attached the battery stats and coconut battery info.

What is this? What should i do?

Thanks for any help!

Looks like the battery has entirely failed, this is fairly common especially if the computer has been left turned off for a long time so the battery cells have fallen below the minimum safe charging voltage.
