Quest 2 blackscreen keeps coming back after factory reset

I factory reset my quest 2 because of the blackscreen but it just comes back after 5-10 minutes. If it does let me play beat saber, I can only get in 1 song and then it starts to blackscreen then come back on to the menu continue restart option so I continue and it'll just keep doing this so I can't complete a song without it constantly repeating blackscreen then options menu or it stays blackscreen. If I restart it just goes straight to blackscreen and won't let me in at all. I got my quest 2 for mother's day 2022 which my 3 daughters pitched in to buy me so we could all play. They each have one and I bought my grandson one.I only play beat saber so far and used to play every day but I haven't been able to because of the blackscreen.
