Disconnecting the camera flex works for me. If its connected, it works only if the screen is popped out, and not fitted in. The camera works fine, when in this position, but the top speaker doesnt work in any way or on any position. Whats up with that. Is it the Audio ic then? I dont think i damaged the flex.

if its the front camera that doesnt work and the top speaker doesnt work then try replacing the flex, dont go rushing into audio ic just yet

Hi Ali,
I'm going to agree with daniel (@tech_ni). The camera flex tends to be glued down really well and the stress of disengaging the adhesive can easily break the delicate connections between the two flex cables that are soldered together to make up the front camera assembly.
I have replaced two of them on iPhone 7 Pluses for about $5 USD each, so it's not an expensive part. The first time was because my wife's phone started boot looping and that fixed it, the second time was when I broke the connector doing a screen replacement.
An easy and cheap fix, definitely not time to start messing with motherboard repairs yet.

Okay. Thanks. All the cameras work when connected, and the bottom speaker works. its just the top speaker that doesnt work. Cant hear when i put my ear to the phone, and the audio test L/R : only left works.
