Hello,
There is probably an issue with the sensor that the wheel uses to determine the position. It may need a new sensor. I hope this helps!

Does it turn when first booting up? Mine does nothing and turns full left also. Would it be a sensor if it doesn’t turn (I assume) to calibrate when first turning on?
