I replaced the touch screen with a Touch Digitzer Glass

I replaced the touch Screen on my SM-T378V. When I power it on to set it up again when I touch the start on the screen it won't respond what so ever. What is there to do to fix this problem???

Hello,

I am sorry you are experiencing this. You might have forgotten to plug in something, or the digitizer you have installed might be faulty. Try opening your tablet up and check your connections. Be sure to unplug the battery before you do anything, as it could fry or damage components on the mother board. After unplugging the battery, try reseating the touch cable. If all of those fail, you might need to get a new digitizer. I hope this helps!
