My keyboard isn't working and I've forgotten my password. I don't want to lose my files by resetting my cambio. Is there any way I can reset my password? I'm running windows 10

Did you try:
--Password--
On the login screen, select "Reset Password". Follow the instructions and you will be finished. If you have Windows 10 before version 1803, you will have to clear all data on your device.

I tried but it isn't accepting my answers to my secret questions and I made a password reset disk but I can't locate it either
