Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Headphones

I have two pairs of Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headphones. The left ear cup where it pivots on the headband is has become broke. The first pair lasted a little over a hear and a half. The second pair lasted a matter of about 4 months before it broke. I've been extra careful with the second set to help keep them from breaking but this didn't help. Can these be repaired? Or is this a warranty issue?

As far as I know, it is very hard to repair this. Try to see if it is under warranty.
