Hi

When you say a loud noise that could mean a couple different things

A loud whining noise when you turn the vaccum off could indicate that the motor bearings are failing, they will need replacing

If it’s making a really really loud noise constantly that sounds a bit like a drill that’s stripping a screw that’s also usually the motor bearings

If it’s giving a sound off that sounds like it’s speeding up then you hear a sound that sounds like pressure being released, that is a blockage

If it’s making a whistling noise check the hose and the seals around the cyclone

And if it’s making a loud BANG! every couple seconds that usually mean the carbon brushes have failed and will need replacing

I would check the filters just in case anything is blocking them as a blocked filter can cause debris to gather in the tubes and heavy items can make a rattling noise when that happens

Hopefully this helps

Any questions please ask

Thanks:-)

You may be right about it being a filter issue. The first thing I would do is check spinning parts, tubes, and filter for any stuck debris/clogs.
