PS5 won’t fully boot - Incompatible NVMe (none installed)

Hello everyone,

My old NVMe SSD caused my PS5 to crash mid-game. Decided to clean my PS5 and get a new SSD (WD_Black SN850X). First the PS5 did not recognise any SSD at all (old or new). It then told me there is a incompatible SSD installed an I need to turn off my PS5 restart.

I removed the SSD and the PS5 still shows me the same error - even without any SSD installed. I'm now stuck and can't do anything but turn it off again. Tried a factory reset via Safe Mode too - no luck.

Was able to play without any issues for two weeks (without NVMe SSD) before ordering a new SSD and installing it. Now stuck.
