Every so often, my PS5 (Digital) makes a single clicking noise - sometimes loud and distracting. Could this be a fan issue? I thought about switching out my fan, but don't want to waste my time if it might just be plastics or something. Thanks!

Due to high temperature of the APU, and the fact that the console is housed in plastic, what you are likely hearing is the warping of that housing ever so slightly during the dramatic increase of temperature. This audible "tick" or "click" may be heard after starting an intensive task like a game, and after stopping as the unit rapidly cools.
