Why can’t I turn on the laptop?

There is light indicating that the laptop has full battery but I am not able to turn it on

What exactly happens after pressing the power button? Any lights, fan spinning sound, etc. Have you tried disconnecting the battery and just use the charger to power on?

Nothing happens after pressing the power button. Tried charging it but the battery indicator keeps lighting after fully charged even though I already unplugged
