Why does my laptop power down after 1 hour of sleep?

I performed a clean OS installation of macOS Ventura and the issue persists. I close the lid and leave the computer in sleep mode for about an hour, then when I lift the lid the computer take a while to boot up (it shows the Apple logo and progress bar instead of just waking from sleep). I've used the pmset command to set autopoweroff to 0 and standby to 0 and it still has this issue. Is there a way to make it so that the device doesn't power off on its own after extended sleep? Thanks!

If you go to system preferences then energy saver there should be an option that's to prevent computer from going to sleep when display is off. Maybe give that a shot, that way the computer's display will still go off, but it won't fully go to sleep.

Thanks for the comment. This laptop has Ventura installed so there are no Energy Saver preferences. I've disabled autopoweroff and standby using pmset in the terminal and the issue still occurs.
