Why do I keep getting Black horizontal lines on ever copy and orints?

Either your drum cartridge or fuser assembly are bad. The fuser is located where the paper exits. Shut the printer off just as the paper is exiting and open machine up. If there are no lines on the page inside but there is on what started exiting, then the issue is in the fuser. If there are lines on the page inside then the issue is likely with your drum cartridge. On most models, the drum is located in the toner cartridge. Since this is color, you likley have four cartridges, so you will have to check each of them.
