Dropped my laptop and now there is no display.

I accidently dropped my laptop yesterday, and when I picked it up, it was just a black screen but was still lit up. I connected it to an external monitor and it was functional. I moved my screen up and down a bit and at a certain angle, it started working again but with lots of flickering, but after a minute or so it stopped and worked completely fine for the rest of the night.

Today when I woke up, it didnt work and was not even lighting up. I opened up my laptop and reseated the ram but it didnt work. I was looking for the cmos battery but I couldnt find it and there were no videos on youtube showing how to find it.

I check the camera using the camera app and it worked.

My laptop model is: 15-dw0xxx

The flickering could be caused by a torn cable, damaged connector or even a broken LCD driver board. You did not tell us if it worked the morning after with an external monitor. Time to take it apart and check the cables, connectors etc. Use something like this manual to work on your laptop. Let us know what you find. You can always post images of suspicious parts/ connections etc. with your Question. That way we can see hat you see and hopefully help you further. Adding images to an existing question
