Hi Katherine,

You're actually fortunate with your phone in that the charging port is not soldered to the motherboard; that makes it really hard to replace when a manufacturer does that. Instead, your charging port comes on a separate little circuit board that isn't even particularly difficult to replace.

Apparently the G7 Supra and G7 Power use the same board, so they're readily available. You should be able to find them on all the usual retailers like eBay, Amazon and AliExpress. Here's one of the first ones to come up for me on Amazon.

I didn't have any luck finding a guide specifically for the G7 Supra, but since the G7 Power uses the same board, I'm assuming the replacement procedure will be similar enough that the Power guide should get you through. Obviously if you run into any differences you'll need to use common sense to figure out how to proceed, but I can't imagine there'll be anything all that challenging.

According to the guide, there's only one screw holding that circuit board in place, so it's entirely possible you may be able to put it back where it belongs, depending on what you find when you open it up. It could be the screw has just come out, or maybe the circuit board is broken; you'll have to see what happens when you get to it. If you want, you can always add a picture to your question if you need an opinion on it.

Good luck; let us know what you find!
