Stuck at dell logo on Dell G3 3500 likely due to POST

My dell g3 3500 has been stuck on dell logo for literally like 2 hours and nothing happens. I cannot boot into windows:( I've tried to enter bios to reset the settings but it freezes midway so i cant access the bios. It happened after i used easeus partition to resize c drive to 200gb. My gaming mouse still powers on. Is there any way to fix this problem without a factory reset?

Edit:
The function keys like brightness and backlit keys still work even though post failed so i dont think it froze i might be stuck but i still cant find the error or reset the uefi configuration (its not bios)

Another edit: I've managed to reset the CMOS bu it didn't fix anything. I believe it has something to do with the hardware so i'll send my laptop for servicing i'll delete this forum because it has nothing to do with software.

@temporary3155so you can still boot up and have access to your BIOS. In your BIOS check to see if your boot drive still shows. Next set your BIOS to boot from USB first. Get a bootable USB drive and start with that, See if that gets your computer past the Dell screen. It sounds like your computer does not find any OS to boot into
