Screen turning green in Pixel6a in full brightness

I recently purchased screen for my pixel 6a and got it fixed today and after I turned on my phone at peak brightness the screen is turning green and at low brightness the screen is having a pink tint. This wasn't the issue with the original pixel screen but after I used the screen from my ifixit I am facing this issue.

What can be done?

Iv seen this issue a couple times and iv only really heard of people replacing the display to fix the issue with another new one
