No backlight but LCD is ok

Hello,

I have no backlight after battery replacement.

Ext display works and internal display is detected in macOS.

Logic Board is 820-3536-A

Do anybody know which voltages are aspected on the backlight pins 1, 8 and 28-30 (Display connector)?

I have 52V at Pin1. That seems for me a little bit high?

Any hints/ideas?

Have you tried reseating the connector for the display?

Iv seen this sort of thing many times and that’s all it was,might be a bit more complicated but it worth a shot:-)

Not yet.

I don't have the equipment at home.

But I can reseating it on monday in office.

But is there a way to be sure that it is the connector?

Unfortunately there now way to be sure without measuring voltages in the connector

However it would be the most likely of all the possibilities:-)

Habe das Problem gelöst.

Musst das Display Kabel austauschen.

Dieses war defekt.

1. I checked the backlight fuse. It's ok

2. The cable looks fine and i tried several times disconnecting and connecting again. Nothing changed.

3. Pin 1 has 51,95V, Pin 8 has 1,46V and Pin 28-30 has 5,12V. I think the other voltages are ok (8, 28-30) but this 52V are strange on pin 1.

4. Maybe that is the last help

I think I have to go deeper into the backlight circuit
