If you don't know the system or administrator password, you may not be able to access your computer's operating system and perform a factory reset without some additional steps.

Here are some options you can try:

  1. Use the default password: Some computers have a default password set by the manufacturer that you can try. You can usually find this information in the computer's documentation or by doing an online search.
  2. Use a password reset disk: If you created a password reset disk before forgetting the password, you can use it to reset the password and gain access to your computer. You can follow the instructions provided by Microsoft to create a password reset disk (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...).
  3. Use a third-party password reset tool: There are several third-party tools available that can help you reset your password. Some popular tools include Ophcrack, PCUnlocker, and PassMoz. You can download these tools onto a USB drive or CD and boot your computer from the drive to reset your password.

It's important to note that resetting your password may result in data loss, so be sure to back up any important files before attempting to reset your password or perform a factory reset.
