not receiving the current of cooking rice

While turning power on, I am only recieving current for warming the utensils, while not receiving current in the cooking section of rice. While I am turning the switch on and off, the current still remains with warming section only nor with cooking section.

Hi,

Sounds like it is either a faulty switch or a faulty thermostat.

Here's the ifixit American Era Electric Rice Cooker Teardown guide that will help you to dis-assemble the cooker so that you can test the components with an Ohmmeter to find out what's wrong.
