Can this be fixed

The long thin circuit board directly connected to the screen that connects to the tcon board is damaged the ribbon cable harness broke free from the board and one of the ribbon cables connected directly to the screen is Corroded Is there any way to fix this this TV has extreme Sentimental value

@daviddymock without directly seeing what damage you have, and going by your description alone, the answer is No. Sorry. Those ribbon cables are applied via a special process and cannot be readily fixed. Something like this. Now, I am not saying it can't be done. I have seen some people do some incredible stuff but in general, and for use DIY'er, pretty impossible to achieve. How sentimental is that value? I am assuming that this value is with the whole TV, not just the screen. You can replace the screen which includes the driver board (the one that got ripped off.). It is just a matter of finding the right panel. Post some pictures of the damage etc., with your Question. That way we can see what you see.
