suddenly crashes and view codes like 3D010017

The phone suddenly stop responding showing different numbers on the screen like 3D010017 or 3D 01001B,and sometimes it keeps restarting by itself.

Hi @orcabr,

Try removing the battery from the phone and then hold the Power button operated for about 30 seconds then release it.

Reinsert the battery and check what happens.

Does it also do this when the charger is connected to the phone?
