How to open up Shark Power Nozzle NV800ANZMN

I am trying to replace a broken hose inside my Shark power nozzle. I have removed all visible screws but it doesn't seem to be lifting off easily. There are so many different models of Shark, the videos and documents I have found online show that the cover lifts off easily once the screws are undone. How do I do this without cracking plastic and doing irreversible damage? So frustrating because otherwise it has been a good vacuum! Please help!
